You know a man. At least you think you know him. He was nice, friendly, helpful and smart. You feel comfortable being around him. Never aspect things to be happen. One day, you found out this guy actually secretly admires you, and start his courtship when he know you knew. The thing is you don't see it the way he did. Yet, you didn't say anything because you don't want to loose a friend. So you just let things happen until finally one day, you sees that things is not in your control. Then you decided to put a stop. You told him, how you actually feel about him, and it is not what he think. It is not mutual.
So you hurted him. Well, of course he don't give you up so easily. The courtship didn't stop but was not as aggressive as before. He don't wish to scare you away. You think, "I m so important to him". "He does like me very much". Girls will always be girls. Honestly you enjoy his attention and affection. I don't blame you, who can resist that. Well, things between both of you just went on regularly. One day, your best friend told you, he had a new girl friend. So you think, a girl friend??? I thought I am so important to him.
